3.1、生产方法、规模及产品性能Production method, scale, and product performance
3.1.1工厂生产方法:本项目采用天然气作为燃料,采用带竖式预热器、竖式冷却器的回转窑煅烧系统生产线。Plant production method: the project uses natural gas as the fuel, and adopts the rotary kiln calcining system production line with vertical preheater and vertical cooler.

(1)年工作时间:330 天Annual working hours: 330 days
(2)单位产品热耗Thermal consumption per unit product:石灰lime≤1200kCal/kg ,单位产品石灰石料耗Limestone material consumption per unit product:≈1.78kg/kg 石灰lime
(4)产品粒度组成:活性石灰约块灰 Block lime 80%、粉灰 pulverized lime 20%。
(5) 除尘有组织排放含尘浓度指标
Dust content concentration index of dust removal:<10mg/Nm³
3.1.3物料运输方式:石灰石由汽车运输至原料储存库,天燃气运输到厂区外红线一米处;成品通过成品库散装装车后汽车输送给各用点。Material transportation mode: limestone is transported from the truck to the raw material storage warehouse, natural gas to the red line outside the factory; the finished product is transported to the use points after bulk loading through the finished product warehouse.
