6.1概述Summary
生产、生活供水水源由发包方提供至厂区边界,接点处供水压力应不小于0.20MPa。其水质、水量、均应满足本工程用水要求。

本设计的检测及调节项目是以工艺系统的要求为依据确定的。设计主要包括原料筛分输送系统、煅烧系统、成品筛分破碎储运系统、烟气除尘系统、氧化钙粉磨系统、氢氧化钙消解系统等。

设计原则
建筑设计适用、经济、美观。建筑平面、剖面的设计在满足工艺生产、操作和检修的要求下,应符合石灰生产的特点,满足防火、防爆、除尘、清灰等要求。
a)屋面
保温材料采用水泥膨胀珍珠岩,按规范施工,满足使用要求。屋面
现浇钢筋混凝土屋面防水采用4厚SBS改性沥青防水卷材和基层处理剂各一道。,屋面排水坡度一般不小于2%,如为上人屋面则采用1%,屋面面积大而高的建筑物均为有组织排水,其它建筑物采用无组织排水。
b)墙体
框架填充墙采用空心粘土砖(或当地实际采用的砌块等),砖混结构承重墙采用承重砌块。
c)楼地面
生产建筑及辅助生产建筑采用水泥砂浆面层或砼地面,水泥砂浆面层楼面。洁净度要求较高的建筑采用水磨石或地砖地、楼面。
8. 装修
粉刷:外墙粉刷:砖墙采用抹灰墙面外刷有色外墙涂料。混凝土壁板外墙面刷涂料。内墙粉刷:生产车间内墙做150高水泥踢脚线,以上采用抹灰墙面外刷白色墙涂。控制室内墙做150高水泥踢脚线,以上采用抹灰墙面外刷高级乳胶漆。一般钢筋混凝土库壁内不作粉刷,要求内壁平整光洁,拆模后用水泥腻子将刷部不整之处刮平即可。
天棚:如为现浇钢筋砼顶板,拆模后用水泥腻子刮后刷白色涂
料两遍,如为预制板面应勾缝刮腻刷涂料;控制室设轻钢龙骨铝塑板天棚。
9. 门、窗设置
1、门:一般采用木门,有特殊要求时采用钢木大门,隔音门、防火门等。
窗:一般采用塑钢窗,如有特殊要求时采用隔音窗、防火窗等。
2、防噪声措施
对产生噪声较大的生产厂房(如风机房等),在声源附近的操作室均采用隔音门窗。
3、防火、防爆措施
对所有建筑物的防火要求,包括材料的选用、布置、构造、人员疏散等均按《建筑设计防火规范》等执行。对于有爆炸危险的生产厂房,均应满足防爆和泄压要求。
4、防腐蚀措施
有酸碱等腐蚀介质的地面或楼面均采用防腐蚀措施,并根据腐蚀介质不同而采取不同的防腐材料和构造。
5、建筑设计对采光、通风、日晒的考虑
1) 充分利用日光资源与人工光源,提供高质量的采光照明条件,保证工人的视觉需求。
