Egypt GOE Beni Suef 6 x 6000 TPD cement production line project is the only simultaneous, co-construction project in the world, and also the largest production base project in the history of the world cement industry. It is called "the second pyramid" by the local people.
The project is 120 kilometers away from Cairo, the capital of Egypt. It is located in Beni Suef province. Its owner is the equipment Bureau of the Ministry of Defense of Egypt. The investment amount is 1.05 billion euros. It is a national key project. It was completed in early 2018 and plays the role of Egyptian cement supply base. Its output not only meets the construction needs of the country, but also exports to other countries to help Egypt transform from a cement importing country to an exporting country.
Jiangsu Pengfei Group, as the main equipment supplier of the project, is faced with the situation of short delivery time, high quality requirements and large production volume. On December 18, 2017, the project took the lead in igniting Line 4 with stable operation and normal data. Next, we successfully ignited Line 3, Line 5, Line 6, Line 1 and Line 2. During the monitoring period, all the components worked normally. So far, all the six rotary kilns provided by Pengfei Group have been put into production and the output has reached the standard.
